Seventeen works of Le Corbusier which collectively exhibit architectural designs of highest order with creative inputs have been selected for their inclusion in Unesco’s list of heritage sites. Out of the seventeen sites, France has the credit of ten sites, and these locations speak of the inhabitants’ ancient identity which is hidden behind the names of these locality.
Though the house was designed for Raoul La Roche, a Swiss banker and a collector of avant-garde, it is really very interesting to see Raoul, Roche, and Jenne-ret in forming the root of the name that holds the fragrance of history behind it;
Raoul—-Rahula, son of the Buddha;
Roche—Ro-che as same as R-oche which refers to Ruk and Uruk;
Jenne-ret—means Jina-ratan_means ‘Jina-jewel’) and Jina-ratha means ‘the Chariot of Jinn/Zion/Jina’
This is a housing site in Pessac, France; Fruges refers to Sage Bhrugu, the first teacher of the Buddha; Pessac seems to mean ’baisakh’, name of the ‘first month’ of the year in which the Buddha was in its Full-Moon day.
The house was originally built for the Savoy family of Poissy; the root of the name Savoye is in ‘Savatthi’, an ancient city of Kosala kingdom. The name is also linked with Sobha-vana means forest ‘Sobha’(means ‘beautiful’) as same as Sophia. It is Sivi of Pali sources, and Thebes of the Greek.
Poissy though seems to refer to the month ‘paushya’, the 9th month of the year, the name refers to Po-issy means ‘the ‘Po’ or the Tree of Wisdom and its god or ‘Issa’ or Issaya’, the Buddha. Pushya is a sacred name as it identifies a Star in this name whose rising marks the auspicious day of enthronement;
It is an apartment located at the border between the city of Paris and the commune of Boulogne-Billancourt; the east facade is located at 24, rue Nungesser-et-Coli, which marks the border between the 16th Arrondissement of Paris and the commune of Boulogne-Billancourt. The west façade overlooks rue de la Tourelle. Coli refers to the royal Koliyan clan at Coli. This housing unit is located in Marseille whose different name-forms in history are: Marseilles, Massalia, and Marselha; it is in the region of Cote d’Azur and is located on the mouth of Rhone. Its geographical situation links it with Calle-longue and Cassis, and with Sainte-Baume, Garlaban, Etoile and Cote Bleue, l’Estaque, Marignane, Etang de Berre, and Camargue; The Petit Nice, Frioul archipelago and the Chareau d’If etc. are part of its ancient history. Azur refers to the Arjuneyyas or the Trojans of the ancient world; they belonged to the Ajha /Ojha region near which was the biblical volcano.
Marselha is Mahasala of ancient history and in th e Bible it comes within the geographical description of Mahanaim where Abraham stayed for sometimes.
Saint-Die refers to the clan-Di; Deucalion or Deu-Calion or Di-Calion, the ‘Greek-Noah’, who made people from stones after the flood is represented by the Koliyans of Di means Devadaha(of Pali sources).
It is a chapel or a religious building in Ron-champa region of France; chapel is a relics-site of the region which identifies itself with Notre Dame du Haut or Our Lady of the Heights. Champa means exactly the same as Champagne heritage site except that it is the site of the Ron-people of Champa.
