The ancient historical identity of this Natural and Culturo-Historical Region of Kotor has been preserved in name of the Boka Kotorska Bay, on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro which forms ‘the principal visual central axis of the area’.
According to Unesco, ‘The Natural and Culturo-Historical Region of Kotor bears unique testimony to the exceptionally important role that it played over centuries in the spreading of Mediterranean cultures into the Balkans…’.Further it says, ‘The network of paths and roads connecting coastal settlements with each other and with the inland, and the coastline with pontas and mandrachi, is preserved’, which constitutes the integrity of this historical site, marks its distinct planning of its cities and settlements along the coast of the bay’
Kotor very clearly testifies itself with Kote-desa or Ketumala-varsha of Indian puranas and Ketubhim of the Bible. It pinpoints the Kukuta or the Coptos monastery along with Mt Caucasus in the Negev region on the south where the seat of worship of Baal deities then situated on the bank of the Balakhiya river which was a branch river of the Euphrates, same as River Bagha-vati, or the River Tigris. Historians identify it with different name forms like river Aiyravati, or Ikshuvati.
Both Mt Caucasus, and Balakhiya river pinpoint the seat of worship of Baal deities to whom Indian puranas call ‘Yogis’ of a ‘finger height’; due to their small height they were recognised as ‘Bamanas’ who on English translation became ‘pygmies’; this is a wrong translation and side by side biblical scholarship though consider Baal as a ‘pagan’ deity do not know that Baal were the ‘pygmies’. Montenegro thus identifies the seat of worship of Baal Deities for which reason the term ‘negro’ is attached to identify their small height.
Boko refers to ancient Baku where God Mokkaswara was worshipped. History of Baku identifies it with ancient Kapilavastu directly. Name of Mecca identifies this God of Makkaswara, or Makkadah of the Bible at Baku who is worshipped with idea of salvation or mokshya.
Koto’s geographical relationship with Perast shows latter’s ancient identity with ‘prastha’ of Indian puranas that identifies it with ‘vasta’ of Pali and ‘polis’ of the Greeks. It ideally identifies here Kapila-vastu Name Adriatic similarly marks its origin in the terms like ‘Udra’, ‘Ad, Udaka, and Odontopura.
